Dr. Klinkhammer is a geochemist with over 25 years of experience in environmental monitoring. His research includes the design of chemical sensors for environmental and oceanographic applications, chemical analysis of geologic materials by plasma mass spectrometry, and the study of particle-metal interactions. Dr. Klinkhammer has led the development of improvements in the field of remote spectroscopy by capitalizing on advances in fiber optic technology and microelectronics.
